Itinerary
Day 1: Mombasa/Diani – Tsavo East National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Mombasa or Diani Beach, driving along the Mombasa–Nairobi highway toward Tsavo East National Park.
Enter the park through Bachuma Gate and enjoy your first thrilling game drive across the vast red-soil plains of Tsavo East. Search for the park’s famous red-dusted elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species.
Visit scenic areas around the Galana River and the impressive Mudanda Rock, a natural viewpoint overlooking a water catchment area frequented by wildlife.
Proceed to your lodge or tented camp for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive in search of more wildlife and beautiful sunset views.

Day 2: Tsavo East – Tsavo West National Park
After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as the wilderness awakens with the golden African sunrise. Continue spotting wildlife as you journey toward Tsavo West National Park, known for its dramatic volcanic scenery, rolling hills, lava flows, and dense vegetation.
Arrive in Tsavo West with en-route game viewing before visiting the famous Mzima Springs, a natural oasis fed by underground streams from Mount Kilimanjaro. Here, you may spot hippos, crocodiles, fish, and a variety of birdlife in the crystal-clear waters.

Later in the afternoon, enjoy another exciting game drive through the park in search of elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, and other wildlife roaming the rugged landscapes.

Day 3: Tsavo West – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, depart Tsavo West and proceed to Amboseli National Park, arriving with game viewing en route. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.
Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands while searching for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, and numerous bird species.
Check in at your lodge or camp for lunch and relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive as the golden light of sunset spreads across the plains beneath Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 4: Amboseli – Return to Mombasa/Nairobi
Begin your final day with an early morning game drive, the best time to witness Amboseli’s wildlife against the spectacular backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro.
Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out and beginning your journey back to Mombasa or Nairobi with en-route scenic views and optional stops along the way.
